Wide awake when I should be sleeping.

The night always seems to catch me by surprise, tonight being one of them. When all the emotions that I usually sweep under the purple carpet in my room comes flying around me like how when you blow dust from the top of an unused cable box.

They say tears are prayers. I hope I’m being heard.
